We have chosen to remove some large services from our online bookings.

Such as Perms and Balayage due to the amount of no shows. We allow at least 4-5 hours per booking and not turning up isn't fair on anyone.

These services are still bookable through our receptionist and a free consultation is paramount to ensure that we can take a strand test to ensure that the service can go ahead.

Deposits are mandatory on these appointments.

We require a 50% deposit when booking, which will be taken off your bill after the service has been completed.

If your circumstances change and you give us 24 hours notice, your deposit can be carried over, otherwise it is non refundable.
