The EM² Customer Journey

We thought we would give you an insight to our customer experience.

Here we have Em and her client. This is a walk through of Chantel’s Journey…

  • On arrival, take a seat at reception, grab a mag and choose a refreshment from our extensive menu.
  • In this case Em comes over and introduces herself to you.
  • Taking a seat at the mirror we take down your details, (ensuring to get the correct contact information) and begin the consultation. 
  • Once both parties are happy and know what they’re doing, we head towards the shampoo area and use the prescribed products which were discussed at the consultation and a strand test is performed.
  • Then back over to the station and the service commences, cut & finish etc.
  • On completion Chantel was shown the products we used on her tresses and then she re-booked.
  • We look forward to seeing her in six weeks!
